Assessment Data: When you fill out our interactive questionnaire, we collect your answers regarding budget, timelines, your partner's lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences. This data is used exclusively to generate your personalized "Blueprint"
Contact Information: We collect your name and email address to deliver the final digital PDF to you and to provide customer support.
Payment Information: When you purchase our product, your payment details (e.g., credit card numbers) are processed directly by our secure payment provider (Stripe). We do not store or have access to your full credit card information.
Server Log Files: Whenever you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically collects standard technical data (such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and time of request) to ensure the security and stability of the website.
3. Third-Party Services We Use
To operate our digital consultation service and deliver your product securely, we use carefully selected third-party service providers who process data on our behalf. We only share the data strictly necessary for them to perform their functions. We share data with Tally (form hosting, Estonia/EU), Make.com (automation, EU data residency available), Craftmypdf (PDF generation), Stripe (payment processing, US/EU).
Some of these service providers may process your data on servers located outside of Switzerland and the European Economic Area (EEA), such as in the United States. In such cases, we ensure that these international data transfers are safeguarded by recognized data privacy frameworks or Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies to ensure the basic functionality of our website, the questionnaire, and the payment gateway. Currently, we do not use invasive marketing trackers or third-party advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy and request your consent where legally required. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. No consent is required for this service.
